MiVisaGuide.com is operated by PMG AI Solutions, a DBA of Paragon Management Group Inc., an S corporation incorporated in 2005. We provide technology-based document preparation services for immigration applications. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

We collect information you provide directly when using our service:

Account Information: Email address, password (hashed), and state of residence.

Application Data: Personal information required for immigration forms, including name, date of birth, citizenship, immigration history, employment, and education details.

Documents: Uploaded supporting documents such as passports, employment letters, and identification.

Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information via Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: prepare immigration application documents as directed by you; communicate with you about your application status; process payments; improve our service; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security so users can only access their own data. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls. We use industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), and Google Analytics (usage tracking) — each bound by their own privacy policies.

Attorney Partners: If you opt for attorney review, we share your application data with our partner law firm(s) only with your explicit consent.

Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics cookies for usage tracking. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Completed application data is retained for 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
