1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MiVisaGuide.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by PMG AI Solutions, a DBA of Paragon Management Group Inc.
2. Nature of Service
MiVisaGuide.com is a technology-based document preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government or any government agency, including USCIS. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration counseling. Our service helps you prepare immigration forms by providing guided data entry, field-level guidance, and document checklists. You may file immigration applications directly with USCIS; our fees are for document preparation assistance only and are separate from any government filing fees. All information entered is your responsibility to verify for accuracy and completeness.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is currently available in 44 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, including New York where PMG AI Solutions is licensed and bonded as a document preparation service. Service is not currently available in California, Florida, Texas, Washington, Oregon, or Illinois. You are responsible for ensuring you are eligible to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
5. Fees and Payment
Each application module has a one-time platform fee displayed before checkout. Fees are charged via Stripe at the time of submission. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may apply based on your location. Promotional codes may be applied at checkout subject to their terms.
6. Refund Policy
If you are unable to complete your application due to a technical error on our part, we will provide a full refund. If you decide not to file after completing your form, we offer a 50% refund within 7 days of payment. No refunds are available after 7 days or after you have downloaded your completed form package. USCIS filing fees are separate and non-refundable.
7. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the Service. Providing false or misleading information on a USCIS application is a federal offense. We are not responsible for errors in your submitted information or for the outcome of your immigration application.
8. Attorney Services
We may offer optional attorney review through partner law firms. Attorney services are provided by independently licensed attorneys, not by MiVisaGuide.com. Any attorney-client relationship is between you and the attorney, not with us. We make no guarantees about the quality or outcome of attorney services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR IMMIGRATION APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED, THAT OUR FORMS ARE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PMG AI SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks on MiVisaGuide.com are the property of PMG AI Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Immigration forms themselves are U.S. government documents and are not subject to our copyright.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
